Chemical Weapons: Identifying the Enemy (Part 1) - Over-the-counter Medicines, Cocaine, Ecstasy

Perhaps if society were to use the same language employed by governments to describe the war on terror, there would be a greater societal motivation to fight the substance abuse problem. Recreationally abused drugs are chemical weapons that are destroying the minds, the lives, and the families of those who toy with them. It does not matter whether it is over-the-counter medications or the hardcore illegal drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy. They all have potential to addict and kill the abuser.
